Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons organic chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk or other plant milk or dairy milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Small pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon tocos ( optional)
- 2-3 tablespoons pistachios
- 1/2 teaspoon ceremonial grade matcha
- 1/2-1 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries preferred
Directions
In a glass jar or covered bowl add the nut milk add the vanilla, chia seeds, salt and maple syrup. Mix well till the lumps have dissolved. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
Next morning add the tocos and mix well. Serve topped with pistachio, blue berries and matcha powder. Add more maple syrup if you need more sweetness.
