This recipe is embarrassingly easy to make. Just melt, pour, spread, sprinkle and leave it to cool.
You will need
- 12-14 ounces dark chocolate at least 70% cocoa solids, vegetarian (preferred)
- 1/2 cup dried mandarin oranges, if you can’t find use any dried fruit like cherries/ goji berries
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped any nuts
- a few rose petals
- a few teaspoons seeds, I had toasted buckwheat groats, try toasted quinoa
- Line parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
- Break the chocolate into smaller pieces. Place them in a large microwave proof bowl.
- Heat the chocolate for 1-3 minutes till it is completely melted. Stop and stir frequently.
- Pour on the parchment paper and spread using a spatula evenly. Sprinkle all the topping all over.
- Leave it to cool completely for at least 30 minutes. Break into pieces . Enjoy!
