When it comes to smoothies adding veggies is not exactly expected. Trust me on this veggies make complete sense because they add a whole lot of nutrients, provide thickness and balance the sweetness that frozen fruit can overwhelm. This green smoothie bowl has broccoli, spinach, super ripe kiwi a touch of ginger and a little date. The avocado makes it thick and creamy to hold it in shape, and if you are not into bananas this recipe will be perfect for you.
