On a skillet on medium-high heat, toast the bread until it is lightly golden, about two minutes. Alternatively toast in a toaster to the goldenness of your choice.
Mix together the honey, hot sauce and apple cider vinegar to make a hot honey. Taste and adjust as you prefer.
Spread a layer of almond butter on the toast. Top with thin slices of banana, pomegranate arils, sliced toasted almonds and thin drizzle with the hot honey. Add salt and pepper to taste if you prefer, but it doesn’t need it. Enjoy!
