1½cupfresh mozzarella bufulathinly sliced or shredded
2-3tbspfresh microgreens
chili flakes as needed
Instructions
Heat oven to 450°F.
Push the sausage meat out of the casing into a warm pan. Break them up with a wooden spoon and brown them small pieces. Drain and set aside.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the broccoli rabe for 1-2 minutes until they’re slightly wilted. Chop the broccoli into half or smaller pieces.
Warm olive oil on a pan and sauté the broccoli for 1-2 minutes.
Stretch out the pizza dough and lay it on a pizza stone or onto a lightly-oiled baking sheet.
Spread a thin layer of pesto to cover the pizza surface. Evenly place the meat and broccoli rabe. Next, cheese it up. Bake at 450°F for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden around the edges and cheese is bubbly n melted.
Garnish with thinly sliced olives, chili flakes and optional broccoli sprouts and dig in!
