ripe avocado
2-3
radishes, sliced
small handful of micro greens
sea salt and black pepper

tbsp
olive oil or butter
Instructions
Toast your bread to your level of doneness. Scoop and mash the avocado. Spread a thick layer of avocado on the toast.
Warm a frying pan with a little oil. While the pan warms, crack the eggs and small bowl, whisk and season. Pour the eggs and scramble until its set.
Place the eggs evenly on the avocado toasts. Garnish with sliced radishes, micro greens salt and pepper as needed. Enjoy!!
